How it Works Somatic Skills: Breathe, Align, Move The answers to any difficulty live in you already. The biggest reason we can’t access those answers is that we are not present and attuned to our True selves. Attunement comes when we are present and integrated. It starts with our bodies.
The simplest way to become present to the moment is by consciously breathing. We’ll work with the breath in particular ways to help you learn to experience yourself through your body, and exist in the present moment.
Integration is when the mind, heart, body and spirit are working in harmony, or aligned. We’ll work with your posture to establish your alignment.
We’ll then practice speaking, listening and functioning from this place of integration. You’ll build the capacity to move through life in a new way, and act more often from the place of your own truth.
You are encouraged to be curious, playful, and present. The more you approach the work from a space of openness and freedom, the more effective it will be.
Deepen self-understanding with Somatic Inquiry Using Somatic Skills, you are empowered to approach personal or work related issues more effectively. Through dynamic dialogue and Somatic Coaching, I support and guide you in an in-the-moment inquiry to help you gain more self-understanding within the issues you are grapling with.
